Why would I hire someone over 45-50 that came from a 50-70k year job?

Not to mention it was your peers that messed up the economy and blame the black guy. How are you going to be able to do a harder job for less incentive when your generations was raised on monetary incentive only? Not the kind of person I want around. And what do I hear when I ask why you want to work here, money. The low paying service industry which makes up 80% of our economy is not for people that are use to a higher monetary incentive. Time to lower the retirement age not raise it.

I just recently finished the nickelodeon series and they left a cliffhanger with Zuko's mother, and I'm pretty sure there are some more threats out there that the avatar can face, but anyone out there with information could you please tell me if they will ever continue the series or make another tv movie that clears up the cliffhanger and tells us how the group is doing all grown up. Any information is greatly appreciated. I loved this series and nickelodeon should have more like it. Thanks.
