Is there any UK tax relief for income from Angola?

Working in Angola and receive day rate NET of Angolan Tax. Also receive a Per Diem to cover costly living expenses here. Likely now to spend over 90 days in UK and looking to determine if UK tax relief is available on the Angolan income given it is already taxed. Also looking to determine if Per Diem is taxable or not. Any help appreciated.
