Just been out on disability, Please Help!?

I have been out of work and on payed disability due to pregnancy complications. I'm getting ready to return to work and am wondering if I'm aloud to legally return to the company as a part timer or per diem and not have to repay my disability benefits I collected. I was previously full time, but had no insurance benefits except for disability. I want to return to the same company but work fewer hours and don't need any benefits. Can I do this without being penalized and have to pay back the thousands I got on disability?
