Why would I hire someone over 45-50 that came from a 50-70k year job?

Not to mention it was your peers that messed up the economy and blame the black guy. How are you going to be able to do a harder job for less incentive when your generations was raised on monetary incentive only? Not the kind of person I want around. And what do I hear when I ask why you want to work here, money. The low paying service industry which makes up 80% of our economy is not for people that are use to a higher monetary incentive. Time to lower the retirement age not raise it.

I have just installed a samba server, and copied the files off of a xp peer file to the samba server. And I can see the files on my other windows 7 machines and I can make changes to the word docs in the machine I just can't save them I get You don't have the permission ot save in this location contact your administrator to obtain permission. I recently got hired in February 2011 for an "on call" registered nurse position at a skilled nursing facility. I've been working about 2-3 days a week there. The director of nursing recently offered me a full time graveyard shift position and I declined, but thanked her for considering me when offering the full time position. Next month's work schedule has been released and I noticed my name is not on the list. I was thinking my manager is mad that I didn't accept her offer and is cutting me out of the schedule. Can she terminate me for not taking her offer? When she hired me, I was hired as "on call" or per diem. I never wanted full time hours. Can she fire me because I refused her offer?
