How do you say this in Latin?

I'm getting a tattoo on the back of my neck for my 18th birthday and I want it to be meaningful. Not just some random garbage. I have a design in mind but I thought it would be cool if I put words in Latin on there to represent the struggles I went through. I need to know how to say a few things in Latin: "Seize the moment" (Not seize the day, Carpe Diem is not original.)
