Is it possible to turn an M into an E?

So I got my tattoo today and the spelling of Diem was wrong (which is mostly my fault for not checking). I thought about making it Deimos, but that is Greek not Latin until I found another word in Latin I could possibly change it to but the problem is the M would have to become an E for Delectatio. Is there anyway I can make this change or is the misspelling so unnoticeable since many don't know how to spell Carpe Diem that I should just keep it?
