Is the new avatar movie white?

all of the main characters in the new avatar movie are white . like Saka, Katara and aang who are traditionally eskimo. the only one who is asian is prince Zuko[ in the sires he was Chinese not indian but close enough. ] not saying i wasn't trilled they made my beloved avatar into a movie but a bit dissapontied but your thoughts
