Lol this may be a stupid question but im asking it anyway...?

What is it called when youre really good with handling/using swords and you have like 2 of those asian sort of swords and when you use them you like twirl them around and stuff like some samuri master??? Like Zuko did from Avatar the last airbender (the actual anime not the movie based on the anime) when he was a fugative and that time when he was the "blue spirit". Im trying to think of what thts called. Sorry if my description is bad. Any appropriate answers are greatly appreciated:)
