My husband is currently on active military duty, and is supposed to fly out to Kuwait next month.?

Before he leaves the country however, he gets to spend 4 days with me and the rest of our family. Can he and I qualify to receive a government "per diem" where we qualify receive a free night (or nights) stay at our hotel?
