What happened to Haru and The Duke?

In the third season of Avatar: The Last Airbender they go to the Western Air temple after the invasion and Haru and The Duke and that kid in the wheel chair are with them. What happens to them later on? Once they leave the Air Temple after Katara's trip with Zuko, those three just disappear. You don't see them again until the last episode.
