What really happened to Prince Zuko's mom in avatar the last aribender series?

I've been wondering i watched all these videos on youtube figuring out like clues and stuff but nothing really tells what really happened? maybe they'll tell you in the future movies the'yre making like the last airbender 2 or 3. what do you think?
